Honestly, this film was just a re-hash of the first movie with a slightly different plot. The biggest difference is that the film isn't nearly as funny or as fresh as the original.
Most of the jokes in the film are either recycled gags from the original or culture shock jokes. Most of the funny parts were either from the old movie (which were sometimes cool to see again) or already shown in the trailer, but the cameos in the film probably provided the biggest laughs in the film. Kiefer Sutherland and Sting had really funny cameos, but Justin Bieber's cameo was definitely the funniest.
Ben Stiller doesn't feel as into this movie as he was in the original, but Owen Wilson is still pretty good. Will Ferrell is the only person that still felt 100% devoted to his role, but he did pick up a weird accent that he didn't have in the original. The aforementioned cameos were also funny too.
So I don't regret seeing Zoolander 2, but I really could have done without it. I guess the best part of it was watching Justin Bieber poke fun at himself.
